The 19th National Congress of the Indonesian Society of Internal Medicine Specialist (KOPAPDI XIX) in conjunction with the 3rd Congress of the ASEAN Federation of Internal Medicine (AFIM) was held on 25-29 June 2025 with the theme “Sustainable Healthcare in Internal Medicine, addressing Climate Change for Better Patient Outcomes.” In addition to the organizational meeting, the highly anticipated KOPAPDI activities are some
scientific activities, FINASIM Convocation, exhibitions, sports, arts and tourism. The main activity of KOPAPDI is the organizational meeting which attended by delegates from all PAPDI 39 branches

It took the place at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center and commenced with an Opening Ceremony on 27 June 2025 and inaugurated by the Chairman of PAPDI Dr. dr. Saily A. Nasution, SpPD, K-KV. FINASM, FACP with approximately 1,800 participants.

The KOPAPDI Organizational Meeting determine the results of the previous Working Congress (KONKER) and discuss issues related to medicine and health. In addition, an election for the General Chairperson of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Internal Medicine Specialist Association (PB PAPDI) and the General Chairperson of the College of Internal Medicine (KIPD) for the next period as well as determining the venue for the implementation of KOPAPDI and the next Working Congress
